Chelsea attacking midfielder, Cole Palmer has signed a new contract extension to extend his stay at Chelsea until 2033.
The 22-year-old England forward, who joined Chelsea from Manchester City on September 1 last year, had an excellent 2023-24 season where he scored 22 times and bagged 33 goal contributions.
In total, he registered 25 goals and 15 assists in 45 appearances across all competitions.
Palmer made the switch from Manchester City last summer for an initial fee of £40m with £2.5m due in potential add-ons.
The new deal sees Palmer extend his previous contract at Stamford Bridge by a further two years as a significant reward for a stellar debut season. The commitment means is now on a nine-year deal with improved terms at the club.
Palmer is on the shortlist for the PFA Player and Young Player of the Year awards to be announced in Salford next week, and he won the Premier League Young Player of the Season award for 2023-24.
The Blues face Manchester City on the opening day of the Premier League season on Sunday.
